ORDERING AND PAYMENTQ: How can I place my order?
A: You can place your order online from our page
Services by submitting the order form and
making payment with your credit card on our secure server.
If you prefer, you may place your order by email, fax, or regular mail;
however, services so
ordered may not be processed immediately and will take longer to deliver.
Please refer to

Q: What is the fastest way to
order?
A: Without doubt, the fastest way is to place your order online and to
pay with your credit card on our secure server. Your order will enjoy
immediate attention when placed online.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: When ordering online, we strongly recommend that you also make your
payment online on our secure server. Please do not send your credit card
information via email, fax or regular mail, as we cannot accept such
payments.
We can also accept the following as payment;
- check drawn on a U.S. bank
- money order (U.S. clients, U.S. currency only)
- international money order (non-U.S. clients, U.S. currency only)
Please email us before you send us a
check/money order.
Q: How do I know my credit card payment has been processed?
A: When you submit your credit card information and your payment is
approved, you will be issued a transaction number. This number will
appear on the confirmation screen. We
suggest you write it down (or print the page using your browser's
Print function) for your
reference. Please include the transaction number with any correspondence.
The transaction will also appear on your credit card statement, billed
by PayPal or 2CheckOut. We do not issue separate
acknowledgements or receipts.
Q: Can I change or cancel my
order once submitted?
A: Orders placed online are processed immediately. It is therefore
impossible to cancel an online order once submitted, or to make any
changes. You may need to place a new order with the right information.
If you placed your order by email, fax, or regular mail, you may or may
not be able to cancel it, depending on whether the order has already
been processed. Please contact us immediately via our
Contact Form.
DELIVERY OF RESULTS
Q: How will I receive the results of my search?
A: You will receive the results of your search by email. This has proven
as the fastest and
most convenient means of delivery for most clients. Please make sure we
have your complete and correct email address. Without a working email
address, we may be unable to deliver the results of your search.
Providing a working email address is the responsibility of the client.
If you prefer to receive the results of your search by fax or regular
mail, please provide your fax number and/or a complete mailing address
when placing your order.
Q: How soon will I receive
the results?
A: Virtually all searches are completed and results delivered within 1-3
business days of
receipt of order and payment. Results will be sent to you by email as
soon as they become available.
However, it is not guaranteed and should not be assumed that every one
search will be
completed within this time frame. In exceptional cases, certain orders
may take up to 7
business days to complete. Should we be unable to complete your search
within 7 business days of receipt of your order and payment, we will
refund your payment in full.
The processing of all orders is as expedient as possible. Inquiring
about the status of your
order will not result in faster processing.
GUARANTEE
Q: Are the results of my search guaranteed?
A: Yes. Most searches can be completed to our customers' satisfaction.
In the unlikely event that we cannot provide the information you
requested, your payment will be refunded in full. If you made your
payment by credit card, your card will be credited appropriately. Other
forms of payment will be refunded by check and delivered by regular mail.
We will need your full name and mailing address for check delivery.
The results of your search are guaranteed to be correct at the time your
search is completed. If the results are shown to be incorrect, your
payment will be refunded in full.
Q: What happens if a positive result to my search does not exist?
A: If, for example, you order a search for a phone number at a particular address, and we find out that no phone line is connected to that address, such finding is your result. You will be charged the regular fee for this type of search. (No refund will be issued.)
We suggest that you check for the
existence of the expected result prior to placing your order
whenever possible. For example, you may be able to verify through
Directory Assistance
(411) that there is an unlisted number at someone's address, although
you will not be able to obtain the actual number that way.
Q: Can I dispute the results provided to me?
A: If you can show the results provided to you to be incorrect, or if you are unhappy with any other aspect of the service you ordered, you may write to us via our Contact Form. By not writing to us within 32 (thirty-two) days of the date on which we received your order and payment for the service in concern, you are irrevocably waiving your right to dispute the service. No dispute or appeal will be considered and no refund issued after the 32 day period.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Q: Are the searches confidential?
A: Absolutely. All searches are completely confidential. We will never make our clients' information available to a third party.
Q: If I order a phone number
search, will the owner of that number know that I am
trying to find his/her information?
A: No. We do not contact the owners of phone numbers searched. The owner
has no way of knowing about the search or who ordered it. The same holds
true for any type of search we provide -- no one will know about your
search unless you tell them yourself.
INTERNET SECURITY AND RELIABILITY
Q: Is it secure to make online credit card payments on your site?
A: Yes. For credit card payments and verification, we employ the
services of 2checkOut.com. Your credit card information will be
transmitted via a secure server.
Q: How will I know that my order and payment have been received?
A: Each submission screen (form) is followed by a confirmation screen.
After submitting the order form with your name, email address, and
search data, you will see a screen confirming that "Your order was
successfully submitted." After submitting your credit card information
on the following screen -- when your information is verified and payment
accepted -- you will see a screen confirming that your payment was "Approved."
You will also receive a Transaction Number at that time. Please include
the Transaction Number with any correspondence.
In the extremely unlikely event that you receive an error message
indicating that your
information could not be successfully transmitted over the Internet,
please contact us via our Contact Form. This may
occasionally, although rarely, result, for example, from the
incompatibility of some browser versions. Although we have no control
over the transmissions over the Internet or the compatibility or
settings of your browser, we will do our best to assist you in
successfully submitting your order.
DIFFERENT SERVICES
Q: What is the difference between "unlisted" and "unpublished" number?
A: None. The expressions, "unlisted number", "unpublished number" and "non-published number" (also known as "non-pub") all mean the same. These numbers are not listed in the local Telephone Directory and not normally available through Directory Assistance (411) or telephone operators (0).
Q: Can you find ANY phone number?
A: Please refer to our main page for search categories. Our success (hit) rate is very high, but we may not be able to find information on maximum security numbers and certain special numbers, such as blocked government numbers for example. In such cases, we will always refund your payment in full.
Q: What happens if I order an
unlisted number search, and the number turns out to be a pager or cell
phone number?
A: To avoid delays, we suggest that you check for the existence of the
expected result prior to placing your order whenever possible. For
example, you may be able to verify through Directory Assistance (411)
that there is an unlisted number at someone's address, although you will
not be able to obtain the actual number that way.
If there is a mismatch between the type of information required and that
provided by you
(e.g., a number you supplied for an unlisted phone number search turns
out to be a pager or cellular phone number), we will notify you by email.
If you choose to proceed with the search, additional payment may be
required (some searches are more expensive than others).
Q: Do you accept payments by
cash?
A: We suggest that you pay by credit card, check drawn on a U.S. bank,
or international money order (U.S. currency) whenever possible. However,
should these forms of payment be unavailable or inconvenient, you may
send cash -- U.S. currency only, no coins. We strongly recommend
insuring any mailings containing cash.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts for high volume orders?
A: Yes, depending on your situation. Please contact us via our
